Kindness prevails in Saskatoon
Brent Kruger is donating his kidney to give Debbie Onishenko a new lease on life
Sparing a spare kidney in Saskatoon
We can use some good news and this act of human kindness definitely qualifies. Debbie Onishenko had been on the list for a new kidney for five years. Finally, last August she decided to advertise for one. Her husband phoned the TV news stations in Saskatoon where they live and invited them to report on it. Fellow Saskatoon resident Brent Kruger came through. Brent and I worked together at the now defunct Glad Tidings Bible Camp in 1997 and have been friends ever since. He has a big heart, and I discovered Debbie does too! See below for the articles.
My article gets publicity on Tim Pool’s Timcast
I wrote an article for Western Standard on a First Nations person from Alberta who went through male-to-female surgeries under compulsion and to their own regret. Their fake vagina has gone wrong in recent years and the Canadian health care system hasn’t helped much. So, this young person is choosing Medical Assistance in Dying.
Tim Pool has 1.2 million subscribers on his YouTube Timcast. On January 19 he posted a video about my article, which he called “a shocking and sad story.” So far there are 154,000 views and almost 3,000 comments. Some Americans can’t believe how bad things have gotten in Canada.
