The evidence for geoengineering in Canada--and beyond
Labs results, access to information requests, and a 45-year-old, 750-page document to Congress, whistleblowers, and keen observation of publicly-available data suggest our weather is being manipulated
Happy new year! The history of weather manipulation is something I documented in a commentary in 2018. The few windows we get into what may be happening suggest it hasn’t stopped.
Recently Canadian Laura-Lynn Tyler Thompson interviewed Dane Wigington of GeoengineeringWatch.org to ask him about what was going on. The article I wrote on it was rejected, so it is available exclusively to you below, followed by links to my latest commentaries.
Wigington was asked if our leaders are aware of geoengineering. He concluded they are, but I think it depends. So many special access projects operate on a need-to-know basis. I suspect whoever is doing what they’re doing and for whatever reason would want as few people to know as possible. In that regard, they’d rather have elected leaders be left in the dark and think weather manipulation is the paranoid fear of delusional kooks. More rational and open minds can look at the evidence.
Geoengineering watchdog connects Canadian forest fires to weather modification
A watchdog on geoengineering claims toxic smoke from the 2023 fires in Quebec was directed to the surface of the northeastern United States by weather manipulation technology.
Dane Wigington, founder of Geoengineering Watch, made his comments in an interview with Canadian online talk show host Laura-Lynn Tyler Thompson entitled “Engineered Climate Cataclysm.”
Wigington said magnetic resonance arrays like HAARP in Alaska can heat the ionosphere, causing an "electrically charged ionosphere that heats the atmosphere to extraordinarily high temperatures that pushes space up and down, pushes the atmosphere down, creates a high pressure heat dome."
A process like this led to the fires in Maui, Wigington said, along with aerosol particulates dispersed in the skies through airplanes.
"We have incendiary dustless materials--aluminum, barium, strontium, manganese, those are all incendiaries. They're used in demolitions literally...Once you have a source of ignition and [wind]...you create a bellows effect, you incinerate everything. And so again, we have these incredibly unnatural conditions."
In 2021, a heat dome over Lytton, B.C., led to temperatures 49.6C and a fire that caused insured losses of $102 million. The incident, called "one of the most extreme weather events in recent Canadian history" the Canadian Press, has the hallmarks of a manipulated event, alleged Wigington.
“When we saw the Quebec fire start, we had atmospheric pressure zone manipulation that pushed that smoke right down over the [U.S.] northeast…[P]ushing the atmosphere down can push that smoke down on the ground and hold it there, so it doesn't convect and rise and holds it there over those populations. And we know it's highly toxic, that's making everyone sick,” he said.
Wiggington said he filmed time lapse footage of blanket spraying of aerosols on top of the fires in Paradise, California in 2018.
“In regard to the fires themselves, and the frequency, it's off the scale. People blame it on bad forest management. That's nonsense. Climate engineering is the core to that. And I know about that arena too. While my dad was an arborist, I managed a habitat preserve, I've done six cost share habitat restorations, I ran all of those programs, state and federal. This is my arena.”
The California resident said his interest in geoengineering began after he noticed less sunlight following numerous airplane flights. Trees under his management began to suffer under unknown causes. Later, lab tests of rainwater showed an escalation of toxic chemicals that should not have been there. This journey of discovery prompted his “non-stop” fight against weather manipulation for the past 20 years.
Wigington's Geoengineering Watch website, visited more than 45 million times, includes documents and patents and dedicates a section to the engineering of wildfires.
According to posted documents, a U.S. military research projects have explored the use of wildfires as a weapon. Wigington told Thompson others believe fires can prevent climate change if they “put enough particulate matter into the air to provide temporary cooling like a volcano does.”
The website includes a 750-page report to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the U.S. Senate made in 1978.
“Defense Department aircraft work all weather patterns in the mid-Atlantic States,” the report explained. In the southern counties of Pennsylvania, up to 160 flights to change the weather would be conducted within 24 hours.
The Senate report stated that by 1973, weather modification had been conducted by at least 62 nations. “International cooperation in the exchange of ideas on and methods of water modification has also been extensive.”
Page 428 reads, “In November 1975 the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and the United Nations environment program held a 4-day meeting to discuss, among other issues, the possible liability of WMO and the other participants in the worldwide precipitation enhancement program.” The same page said the United States was modifying the strength of hurricanes.
The Burnaby resident asked if governments knew what was going on. Wigington said “anyone in any position of higher power, they absolutely know.” He said he met privately in Sacramento with Governor Gavin Newsom and his top aide and presented data “they could not deny” but no action was taken.
“Have they said anything? Zero. Nor will they. They serve the matrix–period. And the same is true with Canadian officials,” Wigington said.
Wigington’s 2022 documentary The Dimming, viewed more than 4.4 million times on YouTube, opens with comments from Canadian Jordan Peterson, although he does not speak about geoengineering. However, five minutes into the movie, former B.C. premier Bill Vander Zalm shared the results of his 2013 freedom of information request to Ottawa on weather modification.
“It was a 40-page report, of which half the pages were completely blank, and the other half had a lot of blank outs. But there was sufficient information to tell me that yeah, they're aware. They call it geoengineering,” Vander Zalm said.
The response included a report from the Royal Society about stratospheric aerosols and a 2012 Environment Canada report entitled “Geoengineering Science and Governance.”
The late Paul Hellyer, defense minister under the federal Liberal government of Pierre Trudeau, was also interviewed in the film.
“You only are told what you need to know. And so they assume that most people don't need to know anything, and the rest to only know a little bit, except the people who are pulling the strings,” Hellyer stated.
The two-hour movie included the website of a verifiable company with offices on many continents that sold aerosol particulates. It also documented an airplane allegedly leaving chemtrails, while the filmmaker’s plane followed in the trail, collecting air samples they brought to the lab. The aerosol particulates of aluminum, barium, strontium, and manganese were very tiny to achieve maximum effect.
“All official air testing agencies generally test for 10 microns, 2.5 microns at best. Atmospheric testing has proven that climate engineering aerosols are unimaginably smaller in the 20 to 100 nanometer range. The smaller the particle the more deadly it is to inhale,” Wigington said in the film.
“Bees are dying of symptoms resembling Alzheimer's and dementia in human beings because they're packed full of aluminum.”
In his interview with Thompson, Wigington pointed to U.S. President Lyndon Johnson’s comments in the 1960s that the U.S. had the power to control the world’s cloud lawyer and that, “He who controls the weather controls the world.” He said intentional weather manipulation was the “elephant in the room” when it came to man-made climate change.
“I'm no fan of Al Gore, I want to make that clear to the environmental groups. They're all ignoring climate engineering, that's criminal hypocrisy,” he said.
“We've certainly not been good stewards of the planet. But on top of that, you have climate engineering operations using weather as a weapon, man playing God with the weather, and that is disabling the planet's ability to respond to the damage done…If we continue on the current trajectory, none of us is going to be here much longer.”
